Terms of service

A general guide on what to expect when working with me. For any questions don't shy from asking me directly.✦ Payment to be sent either upfront (unlikely) or after the initial sketch is approved.✦ Until I receive the full payment I will not go ahead with the product.✦ Customer has right to unlimited revisions in the sketching phase. Customer has right to two-three minor edits after completion.✦Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.✦ Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.✦ Adoptables are for personal use. Commercial use may be bought for an additional fee, however I'll still hold the credits for the creation.✦ You may resell or trade, but not for more than you paid unless new art is added.✦ Payment must be made in full and immediately before transfer.✦ I may show the design in my portfolio or social media.✦Please keep in mind that I have the right to refuse service if I feel uncomfortable with the request.

Prices

✔ WILL do: SFW, NSFW (price variation), Furry art: anthro and ferals, chibi art, ship art: can be selfship, oc x canon, ect.X WILL NOT do: Mecha, explicit art of minors, HEAVY gore, hate symbols or discriminatory content, political or religious propaganda.✦I accept payment on PayPal and Kofi.

✦Any extra character is $10-20 or €9-18 above the original price.
✦Backgrounds (that are not a simple, block color) is an extra $10-20 or €9-18 or more depending on how complex it is.✦ Reference sheets and doodle pages have different pricing, generally ranging from $45 - €40 to $100 - €90 (or more!)
Price varies based on colors, views for the ref sheet, and number of drawings per doodle page.
